Air serbia carries 3 million passengers in under eight months

Between the start of the year and 25 August, Air Serbia carried over 3 million passengers, exceeding last year’s record six days earlier. This result not only confirms strong growth but also positions Air Serbia as one of the leading airlines in the region.
"The achieved results clearly show that we are on the right course. Air Serbia is committed to further expansion and continues to invest in the modernization of the fleet, the expansion of the network of destinations, and the improvement of services. Our vision is clear: to be a recognisable and reliable choice for passengers both in the region and beyond", said Jiri Marek, CEO of Air Serbia.
Air Serbia’s most popular destinations since the start of 2025 in the region were Tivat and Podgorica, while in Western Europe, the greatest interest of passengers was recorded in flights to Paris, Zurich, Barcelona, and Frankfurt. In the wider Euro-Mediterranean zone, the most popular flights were to Istanbul, Larnaca, and Athens. In long-haul traffic, the New York flights carried the most passengers.
